Terms of promotional and gift codes

This is a reference translation for convenience. The legally binding text is the Polish version; in case of any discrepancy the Polish version prevails.

1. Organiser

The organiser of the promotion is the Service Provider of Taktona: [IMIĘ I NAZWISKO], NIF [NIF], [ADRES W HISZPANII], kontakt@taktona.com. Codes are issued free of charge by the Organiser or by partners (authors, accountants, meeting organisers) to whom the Organiser has provided them.

2. What a code gives

  1. A code entitles the holder to one full Score analysis of one website (or another service indicated when the code was issued) free of charge. A code cannot be exchanged for cash or other services; no change is given.
  2. A code is activated in the Taktona Panel (the "Activate code" field). After activation the service remains available for use for 90 days; the code itself has an expiry date stated when it was issued (by default 90 days from issue).
  3. A code can be activated once.

3. Conditions of use

  1. The analysis may concern only a website whose ownership the user confirms in the manner described in the Terms of Service (§ 5). For an unverified website the service is not performed and the code remains available for use.
  2. The Terms of Service, including the complaint rules, apply to a service obtained with a code; the 30-day money-back guarantee from the Terms does not apply, because the service is free of charge.
  3. The Organiser may invalidate codes obtained in a manner contrary to these terms (e.g. mass creation of accounts) and may end the issue of codes of a given series; codes already activated remain valid.

4. Personal data

Activating a code does not require providing personal data beyond what we process for the account (Privacy Policy). The Organiser records which series and which partner the code came from, without data of the person who received it.

5. Complaints

Complaints concerning codes may be submitted to kontakt@taktona.com; we handle them within 14 days. The provisions of the Terms of Service on out-of-court dispute resolution apply accordingly.

6. Changes

The Organiser may change these terms for important reasons; changes do not apply to codes issued before they are announced.
