GDPR notice (Article 14) for persons whose data appears on analysed websites
Polski · Українська · Русский · English
This is a reference translation for convenience. The legally binding text is the Polish version; in case of any discrepancy the Polish version prevails.
This page is intended for persons whose personal data may be present on a website submitted for analysis in the Taktona service (e.g. business owners, persons named in the contact details, terms or privacy policy of that website). In this way we fulfil the information obligation under Article 14 GDPR; notifying each person directly would involve a disproportionate effort (Article 14(5)(b) GDPR).
Who processes the data
[IMIĘ I NAZWISKO], a sole trader (autónomo) in Spain, NIF [NIF], [ADRES W HISZPANII], e-mail: kontakt@taktona.com.
What data and from where
The content of the publicly accessible pages of the website indicated by a Taktona user: page text (including names, contact details and company registration data, if they are on the website), HTML code, link addresses, screenshots and technical information (cookies set on entry, external resources loaded). The only source of the data is the website itself. We do not log in, do not modify the website and do not read password-protected content; we respect the robots.txt file.
Why and on what basis
The purpose is to perform, at the user's request, an automated analysis of the website for signs of non-compliance with legal provisions, consistency of content and SEO, and to produce a report. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the controller and of the user (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): a user who has confirmed control of the website receives information about their own website. For websites whose ownership nobody has confirmed, we make available only the Puls result, without legal findings and without quotations from them; minor technical remarks (e.g. the year in the footer) may be shown.
For how long
Data from the free analysis (Puls): 72 hours. Data from an ordered analysis (Score): 12 months, in accordance with the terms of the service. After that time the data and reports are deleted automatically.
To whom we transfer data
Website content is passed for analysis to artificial intelligence models provided by Anthropic, PBC (USA; EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses; data is not used to train models). Other recipients: the provider of the Service's servers. The report is received only by the user who has confirmed ownership of the website.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify and erase it, to restrict its processing, and to object to processing (Article 21 GDPR). If you are the owner of a website and do not want it analysed, write to kontakt@taktona.com: we will add it to the exclusion list and delete the data we hold. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa) or with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
What we do not do
We do not send any commercial messages or information about analysis results to addresses found on websites. The only message an address published on a website may receive is a short verification code, only when someone has requested confirmation of ownership of that website, and only as a security measure.
