Purpose of the service
Taktona provides an information society service consisting of the automated analysis of publicly accessible websites and the preparation of informational reports, aimed at owners of small businesses in Poland. The report does not constitute legal or tax advice. The analysis is carried out with the help of artificial intelligence and is identified as such in the report itself (Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689).
Contracting conditions and payments
Paid services are sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd (United Kingdom), acting as merchant of record: Paddle is the seller towards the customer, collects the price, issues the invoice and settles the applicable taxes. The conditions of the service, the right of withdrawal and the 30-day money-back guarantee are described in the Terms of Service and on the Complaints and refunds page.
Data protection
Information about the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy and the GDPR notice (Article 14). Supervisory authority: Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es); for users in Poland, also the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Intellectual property
The trademark, logo and contents of the website are the property of the owner. Reports are delivered for the customer's own use.
Applicable law
As the provider is established in Spain, Spanish law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country of the consumer's habitual residence (Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008).
